i'm sure everyone knows about the lord of the rings sequels(lotr). well, actually, i like this movie sequel best because of the fantastic idea behind this movie. furthermore, this movie was setup in an imaginary country, which was built graphically using the computer.
these sequels tells about a ring, belonged to a sorcerer, the evil Sauron who was defeated when Isildur, the king of Gondor took the ring from his hands. however, Isildur did not destroy the ring, like he was supposed to, instead, he carried the ring home. later, Isildur was ambushed and the ring was lost.
years later, after a series of events, the ring was found by Bilbo Baggins, a hobbit from the Shire. Bilbo kept the ring to himself for almost a century, with the ring prolonging his life. but then, on his 111-th birthday, Bilbo decided to leave the Shire. he bid his farewell and left the ring to his nephew, Frodo Baggins.
not long after that, Frodo discovers the secret of the ring, and he set out for Rivendell, the land of the elves. and so, began Frodo's journey to save Middle Earth and destroy the ring.
